Limited Lifetime Warrenty
Chetzemoka Bros Cabinet Co warrants to the original purchaser that Chetzemoka Bros cabinetry will be free from defects in material or workmanship that arise under normal use and service for as long as you own the cabinetry.
This limited warranty goes into effect from the date of shipment and does not cover freight damage, accident, acts of God, misuse, negligence, alteration, abuse, improper storage, instillation or removal. Nor does it apply in the case of normal wear and tear. It does not cover features and conditions that are inherent in the wood species, the style, the finish, or finish attributes. This warranty does not cover damage from exposure to extreme temperature or humidity or the natural effects caused by aging of wood products and any visible cracking around joint areas. In addition, drawer guides and hinges on all cabinets have warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.
If a product is found to be defective under conditions of normal use and service within the limited lifetime warranty period, Chetzemoka Bros Cabinet Co, at its sole discretion and following through reviews and inspections of the product, will either repair or replace the defective product. This is a parts warranty only and excludes labor for removal or replacement of defective parts. Due to natural changes of wood products caused by aging and/or product specification changes, any replacement product may not be an exact match. Chetzemoka Bros liability under this warranty is expressly limited to replacement and repair of the product, and in no event shall Chetzemoka Bros be liable in any way for consequential or incidental damages of any kind.
Chetzemoka Bros shall not be liable for any damage or errors resulting from or related to the installation or use of its products. This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser of the cabinets at the original site of installation and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to cabinets or related products purchased through an authorized Chetzemoka Bros dealer or contractor.
To file a warranty claim request, the original purchaser should contact the authorized Chetzemoka Bros Dealer or contractor where the product was purchased. Proof of original purchase is required. The authorized dealer or contractor will obtain the necessary information to complete a warranty request and forward the request in writing to Chetzemoka Bros.
We reserve the right to make changes in materials and specifications for Chetzemoka Bros cabinets without prior notification but we have no obligation to incorporate such changes in products that were previously manufactured.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not authorize any other person or company to assume on our behalf, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. No representative of Chetzemoka Bros has the authority to change or enlarge this warranty. This warranty in only valid in the United States. The terms of this warranty may vary from state to state.
